Ron Kirby, did he beat or mishandled his girl friend MCALISTER, MAURIE LYNN?
It seems there are records to this affect under the following web site.

Kirbys case in OKC
this deal was back at the time when Kriby "claimed he was beaten up by a homeless guy one evening in OKC".... that was what the papers up there reported.... couple days later it came back that it was a flase story and he actually had got into some sort of conflict with a woman.... all the truth is sort of hidden so cant say all that was going on.... but sure did seem was a false police report or a cover up and from all ondications it was the Lady who whopped his butt. The case as listed on OSCN now is a lot less in it than when was first posted.... seems someone has made some deep editing in the records under someone elses orders....and do keep in mind... Kirby has made statements in open meetings of the board of Commissioners he has a "good buddy" up in the AGs office,, so you take it for what it implies I guess....in other words "above the law"

Kirby's case in OKC
Well,well,well.....seems to be a pattern here of Mr. Kirby. Makes one wonder what else has been twisted by him. He does seem to do one job well....and the word's 'cover up' come to mind......

Mr. Kirby
My unique perspective on Mr. Kirby is that he is a true credit to his proffession. For he is NOT a statesman at all, but rather, he is a person who needs to be voted out of office.
His statement to the Daily Oklahoma speaks volumes about the content of his charcter, or lack there of.
"I was wrong, I made a mistake. I broke the state law, but I did it with a clear conscience. I had no idea I was breaking the law."
--Ron Kirby
So either Mr. Kirby is stupid, or he wants to use his political office for personal gain. Either way, he should be removed from office due to his inability to perform the task or is unwilling to.
