Constitutional reviewby DeputyConstitutional review - It seems that we here at the Prairie Dog Blog have gotten the attention from Lawton Constitution columnist Tom Jackson because of our association with lawtoninfo.com. We are rejoicing because we have achieved the status of "reasonably interesting." But Tom Jackson says that we need to be updated daily. Evidently Mr. Jackson thinks we spend too much time gathering nuts and not enough time spouting off. Mr. Jackson is not a fan of anonymous blogs. Let me introduce myself. I am Sherman. I live in Elmer Thomas Park. You are Tom Jackson (if that is your real name) (and by the way, is that your real beard?). He says that what Lawton needs is "a well-informed, opinionated big mouth who posted several times a day about Lawton." Evidently we need this because, while the local newspaper sees fit to publish columns about gardening, the Internet, poker and sports, it fails to see the need to publish locally produced opinion pieces about civic life. [Prairie Dog Blog] Wow this is intresting, I guess since Tom Jackson mentioned Lawtonpolitics.com before in his column he has forgotten all about us. We would like to invite Sherman to post on Lawton Politics.
