Greeting my fellow citizens of Notwal!
Alas, it has been longer than a score of days since I have last breathed the fires of inspiration into me beloved town. Alas, like the Travelingman, and his vision of more stars, me too has responsibilities that thou must attend to. Tis true that thou has been away, one would surely not forget the happenings in this beloved little town at the base of the mole hills north of the land of Whiskey.
Yet it has not escaped the attention of I, that two of our beloved members of the council of fools has decided to depart company and seek life elsewhere. Perhaps the wrong Jesters of the council of fools have decided to leave.
Of course our good Deputy Dog has been spouting out about green zones on a board other than his own. Though good points have been made, he might first wish to post his own ideas on his own "spring board." But me forgets that this is not a personal spring board... Silly me it seems that this point has been made before. Yes, I am mistaken it has.
Of course rumors circulate around our fair town of Notwal that many stand to gain from the increase venture of improving the first losing street in Notwal. Of course renaming it after a state has been proposed, or has it since we have two street with that name already. Perhaps, the council of fools and its eight jesters should consider calling it "The Main Drag"
Of course it seems that the employees of our fair town have again come together to form a Noinu. God forbid the City actually give our employees real money and benefits. Are we leaving our Wally-World mentality? Say it ain't so. What are we ever to do. Perhaps, given some time our fine city Manager "Not the Cable Guy" could find some way for us to have no long term city employees.
It seems as though our grand debacle of Skating on Ice, will subside. Laughter from a small group of people still can be heard from time to time about trying to have outside ice South of the Dixon-Mason. Yet then again, one must remember that the Laws of Physics applies everywhere in the universe except Notwal, So yes Ice will freeze at our elevation and at 60 degrees. But this of course is old news.
Examining once again our grand city and our issue of Taxes, it seems as though the City should heed the Advice of our good Deputy Dog and remove some of the "Irons out of the Fire" before someone gets branded. Branded not of the flesh but in reputation. It is a mark much like that of Hester Prynne, of course it shall not stand for Able. Alas, if thou does not know about Hester and Pearl, Here is thy link.

It seems though that Ward 4 Jester, Jackson, has yet again spouted off about items that the public cannot yet review. It seems odd that he would want to tell the citizens of Notwal about something that they cannot review for themselves. Three words Mr. Jackson "Open Meetings Act." It is a grand read. I have not yet tried to find the said documents as mentioned by Mr. Jackson, but I am sure that if he has referenced something, it should be available to the community for review. Please respond if thou is mistaken, or has the details wrong for I welcome the opportunity to be corrected for I am far from perfect.
Of course it has not escaped mine attention, that the City has restructured its website. Of course is gone the Data base that allows for key word searches, of course gone are maps of the boundaries of the Wards, and the photos of our elected Council of Fools. With that said, it does seem odd, that not one mention of this Board anywhere! Are we to proud to list a group who may have an interest in the workings of the City? Me wonders why several businesses and dead links got selected over this fine site? Oh, well, it is not like this site fails to link to the city?
Alas, it has been a great while since my last post, and my mind is bit tired. Of course more work must be done.
Until the Oppressed are Freed,
