It has been less than 90 days since Jay Burk took over the reigns of Ward 4 from Keith Jackson. It seems that many people are glad that he has brought up the issue of trash again. From those people outside of his ward that I have spoken with, they applaud his efforts to take care of the citizen of the entire community. With this being said, until the entire city is on the automated trash service, I fear that problems will continue.
